CKK Engineering deals with the permanent restoration of injuries on OTR/EM (Off-The Road/Earth Moving) and Mining Tyres up to 33.25-35. The injury restoration procedure briefly involves, inspection of the damage, removal of the damaged rubber and reinforcement, special treatment for limiting the damage and preparation, filling of the treated area with new rubber compound, internal installation of special reinforcement patch, curing by vulcanizing. As an official Rema Tip Top Gmbh OTR Tyre Specialist, we exclusively use Rema Tip Top materials, machines and accessories in carrying out the specialized restorations.
